Return & Refund Policy
At North Idaho Archery, we want you confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below, which reflects the nature of the archery gear, consumables, and services we provide.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (or date of in-store purchase). Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, hardware, and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that show signs of installation, use, or wear may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of safety, hygiene, and the custom nature of certain products, the following are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom-built, cut, or fletched arrows — once arrows are cut to length, fletched, or built to your spec, they cannot be resold and are non-returnable.
- Broadheads — for safety reasons, broadheads cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
- Freeze-dried and consumable food items — non-returnable once shipped, for food-safety reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, closeout, or items marked “Final Sale.”
- Used or installed items (sights, rests, releases, etc.) that have been mounted, shot, or otherwise used.
Services, Appointments & Memberships
- Bow tuning and service work is non-refundable once the work has been performed.
- Private appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; missed appointments are non-refundable.
- Range memberships are non-refundable. Please contact us regarding cancellation of recurring memberships.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you. Please include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve it quickly.
Many products are also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty issues that appear after the return window, we’re happy to help you start a claim with the manufacturer.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at northidahoarchery208@gmail.com or (208) 292-4662 with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back, or bring it to the shop in person (see address and hours below).
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fee
Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% for items returned opened or not in resalable condition. We’ll always let you know before processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. For exchanges on defective items, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement.
In-Store & Local Pickup Returns
Local customers are welcome to handle eligible returns in person at our shop:
