How It Works
The Self-Service Process
Step One
Checkout
Book Your Space: Add the Cooler Storage package to your cart (by clicking here) and proceed to checkout.
Initial Pricing: A flat fee of $60 is charged at checkout, which covers your first 48 hours of secure storage.
Account Creation: You will be prompted to create a user account during this step. Important: Ensure you use an active email address, as this is how our system will deliver your secure access codes.

Step Two
Drop Off
Your Drop-Off Access Code: Once your initial payment is processed, the system immediately generates a secure, time-bound Drop-Off Access Code.
Delivery: This specific code, along with your drop-off instructions, will be emailed directly to you.
24-Hour Window: You have exactly 24 hours from the time of checkout to arrive at the shop and use your Drop-Off Access Code on the cooler’s smart padlock to securely deposit your wild game.
Step Three
Storage
The Timer Starts: Once your meat is safely in the cooler, the digital timer runs while it hangs and dry-ages.
Simple Pricing: Your initial $60 deposit fully covers the first 48 hours of hanging time. If you retrieve your meat within 48 hours, your remaining balance is $0.
If your storage time exceeds 48 hours, the system automatically calculates a standard overage fee of $30 per additional day.

Step Four
Pick Up
Check Your Balance: When you are ready to retrieve your meat, log into the My Account portal on our website. Click the “Calculate Balance & Get Pickup Code” button next to your active order. If an overage balance applies, you will be seamlessly redirected to a secure checkout screen to pay the difference.
Your Pick-Up PIN: The moment your balance is cleared (or immediately, if no overage is due), the system communicates with the smart padlock one final time to generate your Pick-Up PIN. It will be instantly emailed to you.
1-Hour Window: You have 1 hour to use this Pick-Up PIN on the cooler’s smart padlock.
One-Time Use: This is a One-Time Pick-Up PIN. It will open the padlock once and then permanently self-destruct.
