North Idaho Archery offers a state-of-the-art walk-in cooler system designed entirely around your schedule. Our fully automated access system means you can drop off and pick up your meat on your time, with zero hassle.

Here is exactly how our self-service storage process works from start to finish:

Step 1: Book Your Storage Space

To get started, simply add the Cooler Storage package to your cart and check out.

  • The initial flat fee of $60 covers your first 48 hours of secure storage.

  • Important: You will be prompted to create a user account during checkout. Make sure you use an active email address, as this is how you will receive your secure access codes!

Step 2: Receive Your Drop-Off PIN (24-Hour Window)

Once your initial payment is processed, our system immediately generates a secure, time-bound Drop-Off PIN.

  • This PIN and specific drop-off instructions will be emailed directly to you.

  • Please Note: You have exactly 24 hours from the time of checkout to arrive at the shop and use this code on the cooler's smart padlock to securely drop off your wild game.

Step 3: Storage Timer

Once your meat is safely in the cooler, the digital timer runs while it hangs and dry-ages. We keep pricing simple and transparent: your initial deposit covers the first 48 hours.

  • If you pick up your meat within 48 hours, your remaining balance is $0!

  • If your storage time exceeds 48 hours, our system automatically calculates a standard overage fee of $30 per additional day.

Step 4: Check Your Balance

When you are ready to pick up your meat, log into your My Account portal on our website and click the "Calculate Balance & Get Pickup Code" button next to your active order. If an overage balance is due, you will be seamlessly redirected to a secure checkout screen to pay the difference.

Step 5: Secure Pick-Up (1-Hour Window)

The moment your balance is cleared, our system communicates directly with the smart padlock one final time to generate your Pick-Up PIN. For maximum security, this is a highly restricted One-Time PIN.

  • It will be instantly emailed to you.

  • Please Note: Once generated, you have exactly 1 hour to use this PIN on the cooler's smart padlock to retrieve your meat.

  • It will open the padlock exactly once and then permanently self-destruct.

Simply punch in your One-Time PIN, collect your meat, and you are all set!
